The "Incomplete Protein" Myth

It has been rumored that you can not get a complete protein from eating a vegan and raw food diet, this assumption is very false.  Not only do I know so from experiencing it within my own body, but also  my husband verified it as well when he gave up meat and became a raw-fooding vegetarian  The only thing we feel is better, so why all the fear surrounding in-complete proteins?  Like so many other myths we believe in this lie served someones purpose, and lined several pockets.  What it has failed to do however is make us as any healthier.  Having had several conversations with skeptics surrounding this topic I felt the need to research what actually does constitute a complete protein, and my findings have only further strengthened my belief that raw-foods are the best way to maintain health and vitality.  Here is a site that will illuminate this issue further.
